Refresh Dynamic Site Links

This process (which can also be executed from within the Collections Manager) updates the links between collections and sites by finding all sites that are located within any given collection outline.

This process should only be run by OCRIS data administrators. Do not run more than one instance of this process simultaneously against the same database, as this may lead to incorrect results.

Depending on the number sites, the number of outlines and the complexity of collections data in your database, each step in this process may take several minutes to complete. Please be patient while the links are being updated.
