Sites

In the context of the ODBT, a "site" is defined as any observation point, e.g. a drillhole, trench or surface sample.

A site identifier (SiteID) is allocated to each site. The combination of project code and SiteID must be unique within a given database.

The site type code identifies the site category, e.g. "DH" for drillhole, "PT" for point sample, etc.
